S. Badiyah Austin (Founder), 28, is a journalist and conceptual artist, revealing truths through her heART one creation at a time. A nexus for artistic vision, her gifts connect artists to their inner greatness, art aspirers to their higher selves. Obsessed with the "simplicity, of all things, complex", her mission is to bridge the magic of imagination to the beauty of reality, into an organic work of humane art.
She published her first literary piece, a dramatic monolgue called "Lucille", via the Headline Theater Co, [founded by Tiffany Bacon|107.9 FM ], performed in Philadelphia, NY. & many major cities across the country. She has done promotional photography for commercial companies [Garnier, 7UP, etc.] & editorial photography for public figures [author|filmmaker, M.K. Asante, Jr].
In 2005, Austin began work as a freelance tour manager and traveling photographer for the previously mentioned and other (see: about) high-profiled commercial companies. Since then she has grown that passion into her present conceptual marketing firm, imb-ING® with plans to expand nationally in 2010.
Presently, she is a columnist for American Dreaming Magazine, a founding contributor (2005) for Double Agent, is hard at work on a literary|photo dissertation, "Dear You, (Sincerly, B)", documenting the life, times & crimes of the "mother-less child" in America.

Kristyn "Blue" Simmons (Co-Founder), 31, is a full-time, healer and part-time massage therapist, blessing the world through her heART. Through apprenticing and creative practice, she has acquired over a decade of professional experience in: yoga, writing, dance, massage, fitness and natural health. Adept to learning, she taught herself to play the guitar and keyboard, write and record music and published her first book (click cover) in 2008. When not working, she educates people on ways of integrating and applying the Mayan calendar in their lives on a regular basis and helps push humanity above and beyond our greatest expectations of Love, Life via her weekly column, and online radio show, Infinite Change (linked below).
She brings to imb-ING®. over 5 years ofdiverse experience as a tour manager and brand ambassador for big-leagued marketing companies, such as Red Peg & Snap; and special sound engineering and production assistance skills for high-profiled people/entertainment companies, such as: Jeremy Kirsch's "Crazy Christmas" (2005) and Dream 7 Entertainment's, "The UnGodly" (2005).
She is what many have called a true, modern-day Renaissance woman. There are few willing to be as honest, open, provocative, political, spiritual, intellectual and impassioned as she.

LisaB. Mothee, 22, is head agent of the team, bringing bold, fear-less and intoxicating concepts to every project. This dare driven, thought-provoking photographer, known throughout the 215 region for her damatically signatured, 'era' pieces, is leaving her mark on a generation fueled by retro renditions, adding luscious vitality to any latent artistic fad.
She began her creative career at age 17, speaking & hosting known poetry venues throughout the Philadelphia region. She later became a hostess for hip-hop artists, (Kanye West) and football moguls (The Eagles) when she joined I.con Models, a high-end promotional company that caters to the commercially infamous.
Presently, you'll likely find Lisa basking in the joys of motherhood *CONGRATS* when she isn't representing her loyal imb-ING® clientale.
